Through the last few years, EDMI has faced significant challenges due to the COVID-19 lockdown and subsequent strain on the global electronics supply chain. Despite the difficult market conditions, EDMI has maintained its position as a global energy solutions leader, positioning the organisation for strong growth in the mid-term. To take advantage of this strong market position, the leadership team of EDMI has evolved to meet the needs of the coming opportunity.
The changes made are focused around building out key enabling capabilities critical to support the future growth of the organisation while aligning existing resources into more streamlined teams to enable more efficient scaling within the organisation.
