Notice of Intention to Transfer Shares of Quantum Automation

Osaki Electric Co., Ltd, EDMI’s parent company in Japan, announced that the group has entered into a Sale and Purchase agreement to transfer all of the shares in Quantum Automation to Totech Corporation, a leading building automation company in Japan.
Osaki Electric Co., Ltd, EDMI’s parent company in Japan, announced that the group has entered into a Sale and Purchase agreement to transfer all of the shares in Quantum Automation to Totech Corporation, a leading building automation company in Japan. This transaction is expected to be completed on 30th September 2021.
Quantum Automation is dedicated to the development, integration and maintenance of building automation systems. Ever since they joined EDMI group in 2001, they have participated in multiple building automation projects in Singapore and have contributed greatly to the development of the infrastructure in Singapore.
EDMI will focus on the smart metering solutions business, and continue to be a great business partner with Quantum Automation in the future.
