Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner to lead the development and management of our Energy Meter product line. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality energy metering solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, a deep understanding of the energy industry, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.


Product strategy:  Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for the Energy Meter product line, aligning with the company's overall goals and market trends.

Requirement gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to identify and prioritize product requirements, ensuring that they meet market needs and business objectives.

Product backlog management: Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories, epics, and technical tasks, ensuring that requirements are well-defined, actionable, and properly estimated.

Agile development process: Act as the Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment, working closely with development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product increments.

Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable deliverables and drive the product development process.

Product testing and validation: Define acceptance criteria and collaborate with the Testing team to ensure thorough testing and validation of the Energy Meter product, maintaining high quality standards.

Product performance tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, track metrics, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement and inform product decisions.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy / Professional qualification with ACCA /CIMA / CPA, Audit experience.
  • Familiar with local and international financial reporting standards.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong analytical and business process skills.

Job Title: Quality System Engineer (partially supporting Subcon)

Job Level: Engineer


Support the QMS manager in the maintenance & continuous improvement of all the Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO17025, MID-D, LNE, QC80000, IECEx80079) of EDMI group including procedures and processes documentations. Co-ordinate and ensure successful certifications & accreditations of the various quality system and industrial standards needed across regions and sites to enable EDMI business strategy and goals. Provide training related to the Management Systems.  Oversee the successful completions of internal quality system audits across the sites. Subcon (PCBA, Meter & Full turnkey) qualification. New product introduction & Product transfer qualification. Develop, support & monitoring of Subcon manufacturing sites quality assurance.


  • Oversee effective implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO17025, MID-D, LNE, QC80000, IECEx80079 Management Systems throughout the company, including any business accreditations.
  • Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business
  • Analyse current and future procedural needs of the business.
  • Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, or related field.

  • Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO17025, MID-D, LNE, QC80000, IECEx80079.
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Order Fulfilment Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1) Order Management

  • Contact person for all Sales personnel in EDMI SG
  • Contact person for Sales subsidiaries account managers
  • Assist in the creation of new end customer accounts
    • Communicate with sales managers and HQ (local) Finance staff on the necessary information required. (AR form)
    • Save the relevant agreements, financials and quotations
  • Create new MMC (Material Master Codes) for new configurations of meters
  • Communicate unique order configuration request to relevant departments
  • Forecast :
    • Ensure that 12 months rolling forecast is communicated by the overseas account managers & the correct information is maintained by the planners in the SAP System
  • Order Processing (end-to-end)
    • Save Purchase Orders (PO) from customers / overseas subsidiaries
    • Create and follow through Sales Orders (SO) in SAP
    • Create setup folders (information for factory production) for sales orders
      • Ensure that all relevant information is obtained
    • Respond to operation team on ambiguity of information provided
    • Work with production planners and customers / overseas account managers on expected delivery, and freight mode
    • Update customers/account managers regularly on orders status
    • Participate in a weekly update meeting with staffs of overseas subsidiaries.

5) Forecast and S&OP Management

Job Requirements:

Product Engineer (Product Engineering)


Responsible for assigned Product from design to end of life

  • Prepare the NPI schedules and ensure to meet the timeline
  • Oversee the progress of the product start from design to New Product Introduction (NPI) and site transfer until production ramp up.

  • To provide guidance and support to manufacturing site to achieve the target yield for production release

Support design centre the prototype build and data collection before pilot run

  • Manage the resources to build the prototypes required by design centres
  • Liaise with supplier and purchasing team to get the component resources for protype build
  • Working with manufacturing site to collect Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) data to feedback to Design
  • Ensure completeness of technical documentation and knowledge retention and maintaining up-to-date in database

Manage Bill of Material (BOM) and SAP with EDMI standard practice as well as Engineering Change Notification (ECN) management

  • Maintain the superBOM with EDMI standard part number
  • Work closely with Group Material Master Custody (GMMC) team and ensure SAP data integrity
  • Responsible to hold ECN to all stakeholders to ensure change management completed as per EDMI procedure



  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics preferred
  • Diploma holders with related experience are also welcome to apply

  • Work experience in Product transfer in Electronic Industry as a plus
