In this role, you will play a key part in group consolidation, financial reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement across the EDMI Group and our parent company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audits & Compliance Testing - Liaise with external consultants and internal teams to support annual audits, conduct interviews with process owners and document updated workflows, perform test plans in accordance with audits requirements, follow-up on internal control improvement points identified during audits.
  • Group Finance & Reporting - Prepare monthly reporting packages, including sales, headcount, and group performance, perform group consolidation and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting, support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and improve accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process & Systems Support - Maintain and support group consolidation software, improve reporting templates for subsidiaries (budget, forecast, actuals), assist in automation of reporting processes and integration with third-party systems, support follow-up actions from internal audit findings.
  • Ad-Hoc and Supportive Duties - Assist in finance-related transformation initiatives, support management in financial analysis of group company performance, undertake any other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in group consolidation, reporting, or audit
  • Familiarity with international and local financial reporting standard
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience in system automation or finance transformation projects is an advantage
  • Independent, proactive, and meticulous with a strong sense of ownership.
